1. Registration and Account

Does the registration cost anything? What do I have to pay attention to?

The registration is 100% free. There are no monthly costs or the like. Not allowed are usernames that have insulting, sexist or racist elements. To use the deposit/withdrawal system you must have entered your Casoony Profile under "Settings". When registering, truthful information must be provided, in case of proven fraudulent attempt, the account will be deleted without any claim to existing credit.

 

Are 2 accounts of the same IP address allowed to be registered?
It is not allowed that 2 accounts are registered over the same IP address. If 2 or more accounts are registered via the same IP, all accounts will be blocked immediately. Exceptions to this rule must be requested in advance from support.

 

Can I look for an advertiser or change my advertiser after registration?
Yes! After successful registration it is possible for every user to look for an advertiser, if he does not have one yet. To register please send the user ID of your advertiser to the support. If you want to change your advertiser, the previous advertiser must agree and "release" the user (Ref).

 

Can I change my username, e-mail address and personal data?
You can change your e-mail address and personal data under "Settings". Changing the username is generally not possible.

Why can't I make a deposit/withdrawal?
Please link your account with Casoony, this you do under Account, with the first deposit - or withdrawal!

2. Game Features

Can I play in more than one window?

Yes! As long as this does not have a negative impact on the server speed, it is allowed to have multiple windows open. If you notice that there are difficulties, we ask you to close some windows on your own.

 

What are rallies?

Rallys either have a fixed end (by time) or end when a certain number of active points is reached. In dynamic rallies the number of paid slots can change during the rally, we try to adjust them regularly - you can find more information about such dynamic rallies in the news.

 

What are Active Points (AP)?

You get one active point for every 100 lots you play. In most rallies you have to reach a minimum number of AP.

What are BonusCoony (BC)?

BonusCoony can be used to play games or you can send them to your refs (for example to reward activity). There are BonusCoony for different activities, so rallies, rank bonuses, and pensions are paid in BonusCoony.

User profile
In the profile user information is displayed; here everyone can tell a little bit about himself and upload a profile picture under "Settings".

Personal messages (PN)
Allow you to communicate with other users via our internal tool. It is forbidden to use this way of communication to spread spam. We ask you to report any abuse of the messaging system. Abuse can lead to immediate exclusion!

Support message (SN)
Are personal messages to the support.

Transaction list
In the transaction list you can find all your account transactions. To make it easier to find them we have divided them into groups.

Exchange box and vault
In the exchange box you can exchange your normal Coony for BonusCoony and receive a small bonus. The vault is used to save your lots.

FanShop
In the FanShop you can exchange your FanShopPoints (FSP) for BonusCoony, slot shares (if available) or prizes.

Investment, what does it bring me?
ou have the possibility to buy and trade shares of the site and the games. A daily payout on existing shares depends on the total turnover of the site on the respective day. Shares may only be traded in the store.
Share transfer is intended only for advertisers who want to reward their refs.

Per user we will give a maximum of 50 site shares and 25 slot shares into the system. Thus an appropriate distribution is to be ensured. Shares will be circulated only through the FSP store, so we want to reward the active users. to the top

What are Global Jackpots?

All slots count towards the global jackpots, which means that they can be won on all slots. We have 3 global jackpots: The smallest one is for the stakes up to 10,001 coony, the middle one is for the stakes from 10,002 coony to 25,001 coony and the biggest one is for the stakes from 25,002 coony.

Side shares: 1%

Fanshop points: 1%

APs conversion to lots: 0,5%

Slot shares: 0,5%

Active pension: 0,5%

Actions: 0,5%

Operator fee: 0,5%

Globaljackpot: 0,3% (3x 0,1%)

SideKing: 0,1%

SlotKing: 0,1%

Fees total 7%, may vary for promotions and rallies.
